Return & Exchange Policy • Effective March 2026
Bhargo follows a strict exchange-only policy. This page explains when an exchange may be reviewed, what proof is required, and how support will guide the next step.
Need help from BhargoPaid pre-bookings are subject to final price adjustment based on actual metal weight and the prevailing metal rate. Any increase is payable before dispatch; any decrease is refunded or adjusted. This price-difference adjustment is an exception to the no-refund return policy. Our team will call within 48 hours of payment to discuss all customisation. Estimated delivery is 20–25 working days from final confirmation.
Bhargo follows an exchange-only return policy. Apart from paid pre-booking price-difference refunds or adjustments explained above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.
If there is a genuine issue with the piece you received, our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for review.
For damage, breakage, missing-item, or quality complaints, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition at the time of receipt.
Approved requests may be exchanged for the same item, a replacement variation, or another eligible Bhargo piece, depending on stock availability and internal review.
If there is a price difference between the approved exchange item and the original order, the difference will be collected or adjusted accordingly.
The product must be returned in its original condition with the box, pouch, tags, certificates, and any accompanying packaging or documentation supplied with the order.
